What we collect and why
This site collects two things, both tied directly to features you can see and use: (1) contact-form submissions (your name, email address and message, sent only when you fill out and submit the form on our Contact page), stored so we can read and reply to you; and (2) a single local-storage flag that remembers you've dismissed the cookie notice, so it doesn't reappear on every page. Nothing else is collected.
The Day Stack tool
The Day Stack planning tool on our homepage runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you add to it — activities, locations, totals — is sent to us, stored on our servers, or shared with anyone. It resets when you close or reload the page.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party tracking scripts. The only thing stored in your browser is the local-storage flag described above, which never leaves your device.
Third-party sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your contact-form information with any third party. It is used solely to respond to your message.
Hotel guide, photos and external sites
Photos in the hotel guide are loaded directly from the Hotelbeds photo server (photos.hotelbeds.com), so your IP address and browser details reach that server when a hotel page is displayed. Some hotel pages also show an embedded Google Maps card, which loads content from Google. The buttons on hotel pages open the hotel's own website, which has its own privacy policy. We do not take bookings, payments or personal booking data on this site.
Data retention
Contact-form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to and resolve your inquiry, after which they may be deleted periodically.
Your rights
You can request a copy of any information we hold about you, or request its deletion, at any time by emailing us via the Contact page.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
